Create a Niche Blog for Success

If you know me very well at all, you will know I am a big fan of creating a niche. I think your blog should be done the same way. Now that is not to say that you will not provide some additional information about the business, BUT people will seek you out for your specialty. We just hired a new loan officer to specialize in Tennessee reverse mortgage loans. His blog

will be mainly about FHA reverse mortgage loans in TENNESSEE. We are not using this to get business as much as we are using it to postion him in the market as an expert and validate his credibility. So if you are thinking about blogging, consider a niche. And if you need help, let me know.
